How to Use WebGLitch — Installation Guide
Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension
Go to the WebGLitch page on the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome". The extension is free.
Step 2: Browse Shader Presets
On webglitch.fun/presets you can browse all available WebGL shader presets — glitch effects, color grading, CRT effects, chromatic aberration, and more.
Step 3: Download a Preset
Click on any preset to preview it and click Download. The shader preset is saved to the extension locally in your browser.
Step 4: Apply the Effect
Navigate to any webpage. Click the WebGLitch icon in your toolbar, select a downloaded preset, and click Apply. The WebGL shader effect is immediately applied to the page in real-time.
Requirements
WebGLitch works on Google Chrome. WebGL must be enabled in your browser (enabled by default in all modern Chrome versions).
