How to Use WebGLitch — Installation Guide

Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension

Go to the WebGLitch page on the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome". The extension is free.

Step 2: Browse Shader Presets

On webglitch.fun/presets you can browse all available WebGL shader presets — glitch effects, color grading, CRT effects, chromatic aberration, and more.

Step 3: Download a Preset

Click on any preset to preview it and click Download. The shader preset is saved to the extension locally in your browser.

Step 4: Apply the Effect

Navigate to any webpage. Click the WebGLitch icon in your toolbar, select a downloaded preset, and click Apply. The WebGL shader effect is immediately applied to the page in real-time.
